ARTIST PROFILE

I am a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Art Education but have been working in the commercial art/illustration field for the past several years with an emphasis on humorous, whimsical and editorial art. I work with watercolor, pen & ink, color pencil, pastels, graphite and mixed media for book
illustration, cartooning and caricature. I have worked with product concepting for giftware companies, like to give creataive input in the development stage of products, can write and am learning the art of animation. I use a Macintosh computer, do some design work but do not prefer to do completely computerized illustration. I still like to touch real drawing and painting
tools!

Annual Report
Design and digitally construct the annual report for this minority-owned bank, a 52-page book that contains full color photography throughout.
Two Geeks Graphics
Candy/Gumball machine display cards
This is an on-going project of gum and candy machine card fronts that are done through the Two Geeks Graphics design company for client Ford and Carousel Candy Co. I help develop the look of the card and create and illustrate the characters and art for the new products.
